✦ You must be 18+ to commission me, regardless of the nature of the commission.
✦ You're free to use your commission as you wish as long as I am credited - you can reupload, repost, print for private use, etc.
✦ If you want commercial rights, it must be communicated prior to payment as it will incur additional fees.
✦ I keep the copyrights to the artwork I created, meaning I can use it for personal and promotional purposes.
✦ I do not allow my art to be used for AI or as a NFT.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
✦ Payment is via PayPal invoice; the only alternative I have access to is ko-fi.
✦ Payments over €50 can be paid in installments - feel free to ask for it. However, in those cases, the only payment option is a PayPal invoice.
✦ Deadline depends on the complexity of the commission and will be communicated prior to payment. Usually, it is up to a month.
✦ Please keep in mind that my speed of work may vary due to real-life circumstances. However, I will keep you up to date on the progress as I work on the piece.
✦ Do keep in mind that, if you have complex details on your character, they will be simplified to the best of my ability because of my art style.
✦ Changes requested after sketch stage that are not by my mistake incur additional fees.
✦ There will be no WIPs sent for approval. You will receive a finished piece in the timeframe we agreed upon, with no chances for revisions during the process. I will edit the finalized piece only if I made a mistake on my end (for example, did not use the correct colour(s), or I forgot to add an important detail).
✦ With that in mind, please provide all necessary information about the character(s) when putting in your request - it can be only the reference image, but it is more than okay to add notes on what should not be simplified/what is a must-keep/etc.
✦ Full refunds are only available before I start working on the commission or if a longer period of time has passed and I still haven't completed the order.
✦ Partial refunds are available if I have already done a part of the work and depend on how far along I am in the process. In that case, you will receive the work done so far along with the refund.
✦ No refunds are available after the commission is finished.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full or partial refund (depending on the status of the commission) in case I am unable to finish the commission for any reason.
