I retain the right to change these terms at any time. Newest additions to the TOS will be marked as such.
✦ All purchases are final and non-refundable.
✦ Holds allowed for up to a week.
✦ Payment is upfront, via PayPal invoice.
✦ After payment, you will receive a full resolution file(s) of the adopt.
✦ Honestly? I don't really care what you do with the adopt after you pay for it. It's between you and TH's TOS, and I am not responsible for it.
✦ Feel free to add the price of your art onto the worth of the adopt.
✦ I will set the adopt's TH character tradeability based on the way it was obtained, but whatever happens in the future is up to you/deals you make with people you'll send the character to.
✦ Sidenote: While I do feel it's kinda ass to resell a design gotten for free, I won't be going out of my way to enforce that.
✦ Don't edit my art directly without asking me.
✦ Feel free to redesign the character as much as you'd like, otherwise.
✦ Sidenote: if it ends up looking entirely different, feel free to just make a new TH profile or something because, at that point, it ain't my design anymore lol
✦ Adopts are made for personal use only. If you wish to purchase a commercial licence, get in touch.
✦ Using them for AI/NFT is not allowed under any circumstances.
✦ Do not claim any of the adoptable designs as your own.
✦ Otherwise, it's between you and TOS of whatever site you're on. Peace and love on mother earth ✌️
✦ If you decide to make twins or triplets out of the character or some such, it'd be neat to be credited for inspiration but like. I won't be chasing you around to do that 👍
✦ If I made and sold a design to someone who is now doing some stuff with it that you find yucky, do not contact me about that lol
By purchasing an adopt, you automatically agree to these terms - regardless of whether you read them or not.
